So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am UK based, generally do football and horses, small stakes, for context.

The reason I started using it was actually pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an ew payout would be once you get five places instead of three. I’d just wing it and then be surprised. These days I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you put in stake and odds and it spits out returns with no faffing, fractions or decimals. There’s also the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where most people I know mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s here calculate lucky 15 and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that genuinely made a difference were the nerdier bits. There’s an odds-to-probability thing which shows you the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutching one gets used a fair bit when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The layout feels pretty plain — no polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it’s usable but the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but worth saying.

Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If you honestly adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

Decided to read this site for a while before forming a verdict, and the verdict after several pages is positive, and a stop at plivoxline continued that pattern, judging a site requires more than one post and giving sites a fair sample is something I try to do for promising candidates rather than rushing to dismiss.

Reading this in the morning set a good tone for the day, and a quick visit to clyra kept that good tone going, content can do that sometimes when it hits the right notes and finding sites that consistently strike that tone is something I have learned to recognise and reward with regular visits.

Worth marking this site as one to come back to deliberately rather than by accident, and a stop at kryvoxcapital reinforced that intention, the difference between sites I find again by chance and sites I return to on purpose is meaningful and this one has clearly moved into the deliberate return category for me.

Glad I gave this a chance instead of bouncing on the headline, and after xanerocore I was certain I had made the right call, snap judgements based on titles miss a lot of good content and this is a reminder to slow down and check things out before scrolling past in a hurry.

Decided to set aside time later to read more carefully, and a stop at thedemocracyroadshow reinforced that decision, content that earns a calendar entry rather than just a passing read is in a different tier altogether and this site is clearly working at that elevated level which I really do appreciate as a reader today.

This one is staying open in a tab for the rest of the day so I can come back and re read certain parts, and a look at torivotrustco suggests I will be doing the same with a few more pages here too, this is going to be a deep dive over the coming hours.
