Now appreciating that I did not feel exhausted after reading, and a stop at xelivoline extended that energising quality, content that leaves me with more attention than it consumed is rare and the gap between draining and energising content is real over the course of a typical day spent reading widely online.

Comfortable read, finished it without realising how much time had passed, and a look at morixoline pulled me into more pages the same way, the absence of friction in good content lets time disappear and that is one of the highest compliments I can pay any piece of writing I find online during a regular search session.

Glad the writer did not feel compelled to cover every possible angle of the topic, focus is a virtue, and a stop at SaveAustinNeighborhoods reflected the same disciplined scope, knowing what to leave out is half of what makes good writing good and this post has clearly been edited with that principle in mind.

Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe four months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am UK based, mainly do football and horses, small stakes, for context.

How I found it was honestly embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an each way payout would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. These days I type the odds in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return instantly, either odds format. It also handles the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, honestly that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at kelly criterion excel formula and it’s free with no account nonsense.

The thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the geekier tools. They’ve got an probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutching one is decent when I’m splitting a race.

It’s not perfect mind. The layout is a bit basic — no frills, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it works although the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame just flagging it.

Anyway. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, works. If you still does the maths on paper, give it a go — saved me plenty of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

Felt the post was written for someone like me without explicitly addressing me, and a look at xanerobond produced the same fit, when content lands on its target without pandering you know the writer has done careful audience thinking rather than relying on demographic targeting or interest signals to do the work of editorial decisions.
